About Wild Rides TV

WILD RIDES TV has two main purposes:  To produce TV series that consist of real stories about real cowboys and cowgirls in real life, hosted by well-known rodeo hosts.  And to gather rich western history for generations to share.  In addition we produce TV series like HOW COUPLES MET, THE REVEAL, PRESERVING AMERICA and LIFE IN AMERICA that are less western but nevertheless still real stories about real people in real life.  Each episode for each series is authentic, dramatic, emotional, fun and best of all, they can be watched by any member of the family.

Our Story

Prairie Rose Productions previously created SPECIAL COWBOY MOMENTS to air initially on NBC North Dakota.  Then six seasons ago that series was switched to RFD-TV.  Its purpose from the beginning was to gather rich western history for generations to share.  Later PRP created WILD RIDES to air on the new Cowboy Channel.  Then, over time PRP created numerous other western (and other) TV series that needed a platform to air on and thus PRP created WILD RIDES TV for that purpose.  And our goal evolved into telling real stories about real cowboys and cowgirls (and others) in real life.

As a pay-per-view platform, once a particular series or episode is added to the WILD RIDES TV platform, that series remains there indefinitely as programming options just continue to build over time.  The benefit of that for sponsors of particular series is that they benefit from exposure over and over for years to come.
